This Privacy Policy explains how Debrix (“Debrix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information collected through our website at debrix.ai (the “Site”). Debrix provides a managed lead-recovery service for independent HVAC companies.
1. Information we collect
We collect only the information you choose to give us:
- Contact-form submissions. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, company, email address, optional phone number, and your message.
We do not run advertising or analytics tracking cookies on this Site. Our hosting and email providers (see “Service providers” below) may automatically log standard technical data — such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps — for security and reliable operation of the Site.
2. How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry, to contact you about Debrix’s services (including, where you provide a phone number, by phone or text message about your request), and to keep our own records of the conversation. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Mobile information & SMS. We do not sell or share your information — including any mobile phone number, or any SMS/text-messaging consent you give us — with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Any phone number you provide is used only by Debrix to follow up on your request. Message and data rates may apply; you can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
3. How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf so the Site works — currently Google (Google Workspace for our email, Google Apps Script for the contact form, and Firebase Hosting for the Site). These providers may process the data only to provide their services to us.
- Legal compliance — if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Debrix or others.
4. Data retention
We keep contact-form information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for our reasonable business records, then delete it when it is no longer needed.
5. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you’ve submitted, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing contact@debrix.ai. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act); we honor those rights where they apply. We do not sell personal information.
6. Children
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
7. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
