These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at debrix.ai (the “Site”), operated by Debrix (“Debrix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
The Site is an informational marketing website describing Debrix’s managed lead-recovery service for independent HVAC companies. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer or a guarantee of results. Any Debrix services you purchase are governed by a separate written agreement between you and Debrix; if that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls for those services.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site in violation of any law or these Terms;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure;
- scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site by automated means in a manner that burdens or disrupts it; or
- submit false information, malicious code, or content you don’t have the right to submit through our contact form.
3. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, layout, the “Debrix” name, logo, and other trademarks — are owned by Debrix or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share the content for informational purposes, but you may not copy, modify, distribute, or use it commercially without our prior written permission.
4. Information & estimates disclaimer
Any figures on the Site describing potential revenue loss or recovery (for example, industry ranges for missed-lead or unsold-estimate revenue) are general industry estimates for illustration only. They are not promises, projections, or guarantees of any specific result for your business. Your results depend on your own data and circumstances.
5. No warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
